Anyone else find that their carbon sole shoes squeak? Mine started squeaking after 2500 miles or so. It bothered me a bit at first, but I've gotten used to it. I doubt the noise compromises the integrity of the shoe. Any feed back out there???

You wouldn't happen to use look pedals, would you?
Use Tri-Flow every 3rd ride......BIG RING

so the squeak goes away. I have Shimano carbon soles and Look 357's. I clean the surface of the pedal with a rag, spray Tri-Flow, wipe off excess and am good for 3-5 rides before the squeaks come back.

If it really is the shoes squeaking, then they're starting to fail. More likely you need to put some dry lube on the cleats or pedals, tighten your cleat bolts, or grease the threads on your cleat bolts. Then there's the possibility that it is the cranks, saddle, post, stem, bars, hubs, etc.

Kerry, your comments are a bit disparging. "If your shoes squeak they're starting to fail". It's just a fact that carbon soles wear and squeak a bit. Finally, no need for your rant. Grow up.
