$80 goes a long wayJS Haiku Shop

Wonderdog clued me in on the $19.99 pro jerseys from World Cycling Productions a couple weeks back. All the ones I ordered were sold out immediately, so they replaced them with those in my size from the $39.95 and $54.95 stock, all at $19.99. I actually returned one of the original order 'cause it was too big, and the exchange (a week later) was even-steven for the French Nat'l Champ jersey. WCP was a pleasure to work with over the phone, too.

the most enjoyable part of the whole experience is listening to Phil & Paul while on hold. "...and now Pantani's trying to break the group's climbing rhythm..."

WHADDADEAL!! I wish I had seen wonderdog's post. I would have bought several myself. Regrettfully, the sale is done.

it wasn't a post, he e-mailed me about it.

I think however i did post an FYI at that time.

as i really don't care for "ya snooze, ya lose", or "don't let your meat loaf", i'll have to close with this favorite:

"move your meat, lose your seat!"

let's see if that's moderate-able material. :)
still lots of jerseys for $19.95 at www.probikekit.comtarwheel

I never found any of the $19 jerseys at WCP, but probikekit.com has lots of retro team jerseys for that price. I have ordered from them in the past with good service, and they have accurate sizing charts on their website. I'm tempted to buy a couple more but really don't need any jerseys right now.
I bought two of 'emPaulCL

Thanks. I'm not really in the market for jerseys either but for $20 a pop, you just gotta jump on that deal. I bought a retro team (?) jersey and a 2002 Coast team jersey. I will use the new jerseys as an excuse to pitch the old, faded, and permanently stinky jerseys in my drawers.

Thanks again. Paul

I just bought two myself, including the last Coast team jersey. I needed another yellow jersey for late day rides when the light is poor. Also got a team Elk because I liked the colors. Not bad for $40.
WCP gets its act together. . .ms

WCP screwed up two orders of mine in December/January (including sending me three pairs of the same PI gloves and charging me for two of them when I had ordered only one pair). I was reluctant to order from them again, but the recent sale prices on DVDs and videos were too inviting. This time my order was correct and arrived in two days. One thing I ordered (Assos Chamios Creme) was out of stock. WCP sent it to me separately a few days later with no additional shipping charge. WCP is back in my good graces.

...they have their storefront operation in the city where I work- and in MN, there is no sales tax on clothing- AND no shipping for in store purchases (obviously), but EVERY time I've gone in person to buy anything advertised on sale, it was already sold out (in my size at least).
