I was thinking about not carring a frame pump on group rides and getting a co2 thingy.anyone out there have one the like better than others. Also anyone have one they thinks sucks and I should stay away from.Does park make one?

I'd get a dual pump- that takes threaded AND non-threaded cartridges. That way you will always be covered. They cost the same... pretty much.

Unlike frame pumps, they all pretty much function the same, as far as I know...

They are loads cheaper than the threaded carts...and buy 'em at Walmart or a sporting goods store. Bike shops rip you off on C02. I carry 3 carts...2 should do the tire OK and a third in case I mess one up. I don't carry a frame pump anymore unless I'm going on a really long unsupported ride.
