I'm looking for something light & slick BUT MUST be reliable in the corners, ESPECIALLY if wet.

continental gp 3000. I find them very reliable and easy to get off the rim to fix a flat. Not sure of the weight but they are a good tire and I find them reliable in corners and I like to go fast and tight in the corners (except on the weekend I went off road as I was to fast and lost it).

My advice about the wet: Don't ride when wet, thats when wipe outs occur.

For clinchers, I like Veloflex, the ones around 180 grams. Light, pliable, sticky enough, and go on and off my Nucleons easily.

For tubulars, I like Vittoria for feel and grip, but if there is much chance of flatting, I'll use Tufos, as they are fairly tough, and with the sealant inside, may prevent some flats. They are fairly light, too, at 215 grams for a 22 mm.
