I have a few of them (suffer-o-rama, uphill grind, and have mercy). I prefer Suffer-o-Rama and Uphill Grind to the 2 hour Have Mercy, but every once in a while it's fun to grind out all of Have Mercy.

Been riding them once or twice a week all winter.

Really hard workout.

Any thing more specific you'd like to know?

(I am in no way associated with spinverals, just like their product)
Have Mercy 9.0ms

I have tried most of the Spinervals videos and like all of them. Although Have Mercy, 9.0, usually is too much for one workout, it is the best one to purchase if you only are going to buy one video -- it is a compilation of highlights from other videos. You can do just a part of 9.0 for a workout.

What do you want to know? I have four of 'em. Good workouts but I'd much rather be on the road.

the 'zoot challenge' is a tough intervals workout. very tiring.
