Bicycle Insurance?aarontoy

Anyone out there aware of how I can get my new bike insured, other than under a standard homeowners policy? I checked with my State Farm agent about adding the bike to my Personal Articles policy but he said they are specifically excluded. Funny how golf clubs are covered, though. The bike IS covered under the standard homeowners policy but it's subject to the $1000 deductible. I used to have a $250 deductible but had to raise it to $1000 due to a couple claims I had. Any suggestions? Thanks. -Aaron

1. kryptonite NYC lock. Guarnteed against bike theft anywhere but manhatten. Premiums = $50 for life.

2. Lloyds of London. Will insure from pianists fingers to superbowl bets...for the right price.
