jtferraro's post inspired me to post this, the new digital camera is probably the most fun (non-cycling) toy I've ever gotten!

I like this one, especially the image lower right... And there is something catchy about that pencil drawing on the left too.

I'd love to find some classy cycling drawings for my house.

The two on the right are from cards my friend hand makes, the larger was one she sent me while I was in the hospital recovering from a bike wreck. My wife had them framed as a surprise one christmas.

What were your injuries? Any knee damage? I'm curious b/c I did a number on my knee in a snowboarding accident this winter. Also, did the wreck involve a fast decent or a car? I wouldn't be surprised!

Long story short: Dog(Boston terrier named Lucky)+ bike= pain. The dog ran full speed into my front wheel as I was braking to avoid him, locked the wheel up, flipped over and landed on my left hip, driving the head of the femur
i through
the socket in the pelvis. Pelvis broken in 4 places, traction for 10 weeks. That means 10 weeks in the hospital without getting out of bed. Everything one does in the course of a day I did in bed. See photo in this link:
I did have some minor knee problems, due to the joint being unmoved for 10 weeks.
Holy cr-a-a-p! Damn dogs!! Glad your back out there and riding!jtferraro

Gives me some inspiration!! =) Your legs must have really atrophied. My left leg atrophied just from using crutches for about 4-5 weeks!

Yeah, that's always been one of my favorite bike photos. It seems the tour gets routed through sunflower fields every year, beautiful.

I bought this piece over 20 years ago. French artist specializing in painted aluminum sculpture.

One of my favorite pieces of art.
Wow - that's definitely cool/interesting. Think I like it! (nm)jtferraro

my wife recently picked this up "for me." It's a great merger of her passion for folk art and mine. Its a numbered, signed lithograph that was commissioned by the US Cycling Federation for the 1986 World Championships.
