I bought a pair of Nike Poggio's from them last year. I got them for about $100 new. I think they got in a jam with Nike for selling on-line. Anyways, I ordered over the phone with one of the sales guys, who rode, and we got to B.S.ing. He ended up including a pair of SPD replacement cleats for the shoes no charge. A great place IMHO.

Purchased a Thule rack from them last summer. No complaints. The actually forgot to put something in the order and fixed it the next day by sending the item. Nice people to deal with.

I recently bought a Colnago MXL from them. I dealt with the farmer himself and Bill is a great guy with excellent service.
Bike was everything he described if not better. Hope to do business with them in the future.

I also shop at the store down on Tremont in Chattanooga. I live in NE Al, 90+ miles away, and consider River City to be my local bike shop. Good folks.
