|With the weather being great here today in Central Illinois and the long term weather picture nothing but rain and getting colder, I'm forced to play hookey this afternoon from work and riding. How about you?|

|Me too. Unfortunately, the weather in upstate NY leaves something to be desired. High 40s and rain. Today is my climbing day. (I'm training for l'etape so no excuses...) I've noticed from an earlier post that you put in a lot of miles. What do you do that lets you play hooky? I'm in hi-tech sales, so my schedule somewhat flexible. Have a great ride.|

|My first year on Friel's training bible. My base went very well, I'm strong and ready. First week outside this week, and I was to start Build 1.
Now, a debilitating sinus cold is keeping me home! Should I move my schedule a week ahead, or try to ease my workouts together over the next three weeks to get caught up by my next rest week?

|Last week I told the office that I wouldn't be in today. I didn't tell them why but if I did, they would just shrug and say Have a nice ride.'
It's the LBS turn with the Look demo fleet that's been touring the West Coast recently. So I picked up a 381i last night and will be riding it around for several hours today..
