|Easton CF seatpost problems-any tips||otiebob|

|I have had an Easton CF2 seatpost for about a year and had no problems with it when mounted on a Ti bike but now I have it on a new aluminum bike and it slips no matter how tightly clamped. There is absolutely zero grease in the frame which is correct per manufacturer, but the damn thing is still slipping into the frame a few mm. each ride. I don't want to strip the bolt on the clamp by overtightening, and I suspect its the goofy, non-cylindrical shape of the seatpost that is a problem with this particular frame. For the record its a CAAD5 frame so I'm certain its a true 27.2mm seat tube.
Has anyone had this problem and fixed it?
Otherwise, I guess it goes back on the Ti bike and I need to look into another brand/material.
