Anyone have experience with this? The buyer asked that I ship postal priority, but usps.com doesn't list that as an option, and doesn't allow for oversized boxes either...The buyer has a limited vocabulary which is why I came for help here. Any insight folks? Estimate costs? thanks

Not good! I had to back out of sale I made to a guy in Japan because it was going to cost way more than the bike was worth to ship it. As I figured it you have to break it down compltely, and ship in two boxes to meet the size limits (sending the wheels seperate, and making the frame box as small as possible). Go to http://ircalc.usps.gov/weight.asp?Contents=1
for rates. Look at "Global Priority Variable Dimensions". You will need the box dimensions and weight to get a figure.
