Cannondale Corp. was purchased by its largest secured creditor Thursday and current plans include keeping manufacturing in Bedford. An affiliate of Pegasus Partners II, a Connecticut-based private investment firm, will purchase the company for an undisclosed amount. Pegasus had the top bid at a "vigorous auction" held at Cannondale's Bethel, Conn., headquarters, Thursday and the sale is subject to U.S. Bankruptcy Court approval.
