New Specialized Sonoma Road Shoest-moore

I am a new road rider, since last Oct I have ridden 2000mi in my tennis shoes. I am looking at the new Sonoma shoes for my first set of biking shoes. I'm 6'4" and weigh 240lbs, and do my riding from home. The shoes are priced right $60.00, and seem to have good walkability.

While the Sidi Genius and similiar type shoes are awfully sexy and goodlooking. At my size, is there an overiding reason why I should stay away from the entry level Sonoma shoes......Thanks Tim

I have a pair that I use for my Spin classes. They are very comfortable and east to walk around in.They are also relatively light for a casual road shoe.If you are just starting out and want to try road shoes and clipless pedals I would recommend them.
