Opinions on a videoToffster

Hi all,

Has anyone got an opinion on the video:

Train Right (Climbing)

I'm going to have to get this from the States so is it worth buying or not?

Many thanks in advance.

John

I got this one and Spinnervals Uphill Grind for use on the indoor trainer during the winter. I think they really helped me improve over the winter - my climbing is definitely better than it was in the fall. Train Right Climbing is a little longer (60 Min), and more "slow". The Spinnervals one is shorter (45 min), and a little more varied. I guess I like the Spinnerval better just because it is shorter and more varied throughout. They both do a really good job of packing a lot of workout into a short amount of time.

Thanks very much for your reply...I'll seriously look at spending the $$$ and getting either one of them sent out.

Cheers
