racycles.com has a fair # of last year's frames on sale -- particularly at either end of the size spectrum.

a certain number of discounted frames seem to be posted in different places like the hi-tech bikes site and the competitive cyclist site, at least from time-to-time. Colorado Cyclist and Excel sometimes have very good sales, especially in early winter. C-bike sometimes has some of last year's frames on clearance. And a couple of the Euro sites consistently offer lower prices on Italian and French frames than I've seen on any US sites. For example, www.maestro-uk.com has great colnago, de rosa, and ciocc prices, and total cycling has very good Look prices, as well as good (if not quite maestro) Colnago and De Rosa prices.
