This one is truly scary. Try listing all the errors.

The setup can be fixed, but what about ripping the buyer off?

I'm having a community conundrum here, should I e-mail the buyer and tell him that he has a 105/RSX equipped bike? Maybe the levers are DA, but the cranks are not.

US $560? I'm in the wrong business.

That ridiculous hybrid stem and the setback on the saddle, looks like somebody tried in vain to make this tiny bike fit them. Either that, or the person really wanted a $300 hybrid, instead.

That bike is just screaming "I wish I had bought a recumbent!"

Like riding on the couch.
