|Black. I've a search and all I could find is light blue and green (yuk).

|I have a couple pairs of the Tour version... Tire is red with a white sidewall and a blue stripe down the middle.
You can often find them on ebay. They are too pretty to ride as I have 2 pairs that are brand spankin new. I can't seem to decide if I want to ride them, or hold on to them as collector's items.

is a good place. They offer weekend specials on the internet only every couple of weeks. I just got some tires today for $34 with a free tube plus shipping. So for 2 the total price is $38 each with a tube.

|Thanks. Just got done checking them out, they have the black that I like but their current price is $51 + shipping, and only in size 25.
Anyway I'll keep dhecking and have it bookmarked.

|CritUSA has Axial Pro Race tires in all colors for $34.50/ea, $65.50 for two, or $92.99 for three. Free shipping. I haven't ordered from them but have heard very good feedback. They also stock a lot of other tire brands for comparable prices.
They don't have a website as far as I can tell, but you can contact them at this email: firstname.lastname@example.org
They advertise a lot on the google recbicycles newsgroup at this link:

|I've ordered a few times from him - good service and prices. The first time I ordered I was in a rush to get them for a race, so he shipped them off and told me to send payment when I got them. That kind of treatment can put a smile on one's face. We need people like that to stay afloat, so I sent the money right away.|

|I don't know how similar they are, but Performance has them on sale for $22 right now... Good luck. I'm still looking for a decent deal on a grey GP3000 w/black sidewalls. I only need one, but I don't have $40 to spend...|

|Conti GP3000s are easy to find for about $30. You can usually find good prices on just about any tire on eBay, if you don't mind going that route. In addition to critusa, try these sites: |
FYI -- Axial Pro Lights are racing versions that are not intended for daily use and training, unless you like replacing your tires every 500 miles or so.

|I got one GP3000 for $6 on eBay (brand new). Now I'm looking for a matching one. :^) I have my doubts about finding one that cheap, although I did find one that sold about a week BEFORE I bought mine (also on eBay) for even less! It was even the same color, so I was really kicking myself! Thanks for the info.|

|I guess that's the disadvantage of a small operation! Their prices and service seem to be pretty good though (when they're open)!|| |
