Why can't I get on RBR at work?BikinCO

For the past week and a half I have not been able to get onto RBR at work. At first I had access to everything but the forums. When I clicked on one, the page said that consumer review was upgrading the page or something and that it was temp. unavailable. Now the site won't even load. I don't have a problem with any other sites or forums, just the consumer review sites. I don't have any problems at home with my AOL account but my T3 line at work does not work.

No RBR makes for a long day at work. Anyone have any ideas? Gregg?
are you using an older version of Netscape?sysop

We have some known issues with older versions of Netscape (4.7 or 4.8). We have relocated our servers from Abovenet to Exodus, and also made some changes to the servers as well. Newer versions of Netscape or IE will work.

Also, if you are using a popup killer software, try turning it off and see if that makes a difference.

Lastly, if you are behind a firewall, that may cause problems also.

I use Internet Explorer, I do not have a popup blocker (as my HUGE right index finger can attest) and "uh whats a firewall"?

...what is your ISP? We recently moved all of our servers, so it may be a DNS propagation issue, although those should all be resolved by now.

I use Netscape 7.0 at work. I found that my work account kept getting the "temporarily unavailable" message from both RBR and MTBR. However, when I used a different account (still using Netscape 7.0) which goes through my local ISP, I had no problems.

I know that our work E-mail goes out through our servers at our headquarters in the S.F. Bay area. So, possibly there was some issue with either my work server/firewall or with the ISP that we use in S.F.?
