That is, checking various weather sites until you find a forecast you like? I'm not talking about the quality of the data or anything like that, just, "Hmm. weather.com says it's gonna rain...Maybe Weather Underground will say it's gonna be sunny!"

Going to Death Vally this weekend. Forecast calls for
pai--, er, rain.
Yeah! I do! Too funny!!! nmnoveread

I was tryign to decide if I was going to ride in today. Weather.com said snow in the afternoon, heavy at times. That's no good. Accuweather.com didn't show any snow today at all. I went with accuweather's forecast and rode in. At this point the radar is favoring accuweather's forecast. Hopefully, it will continue to do that. :-)
heck, I shop the 3 thermometers outside my house! nmDougSloan

Our local weather ninny says it will be 56 degrees and sunny. The Weather Channel says 42 with snow. I understand this isn't an exact science, but....

It can get even colder over 4k feet. (What's Reno, anyway?)

Funny thing, I found out the route had changed when I went back to the Planet Ultra site to find your profile of the *other* route.

Thanks for this.
