The UPS guy delivered a package today and I had to give the digital camera a workout. The paint is nicely done and the 'octagonal' carbon tubes are impressive.

With my digital fish scale, the 54cm C40 frame is heavier than expected at 2 lbs 14 ounces. The fork is 15 ounces.

The frame is my superathlete neighbor, Jill. She's only been riding 2 years on a cannondale but she did 4 double centuries last year and this year she's racing Cat 3.

Shouldn't you take it out of the box first???biknben

You took pics of all six sides of the box???

Sorry couldn't resist :-)

Try again. I'm interested to see the HP with that paint scheme.

I have a GEO dream plus, and I rode next to a bike like yours here. I have to say great bike but I think the paint is dull compared to the dream. This must be as it is on carbon as opposed to alum. Still great ride and enjoy.

Just got an LX14 C40, but still lust after the Geos every so often!

Likewise. The GEO is such a striking color scheme that it's good to know it exists. And I imagine myself owning one. I'm not sure though that I can live with it everyday.

It seems like the 2003 is a little more reserved (more black) than previous years.

I have a OOF and regretted the choice as soon as my wife's LX-14 came out of the box.

How about some pictures of Jill, too?

Here's the rightful owner of the Geo. She borrowed a bike for this team photo shoot.
