Can anyone give me some feedback on the difference of handling or feel between the 1" & 1 1/8" head tubes. Thanks
No noticable difference in handling (nm)tmguy

If you are set on getting a fork with a carbon stearer, I would recomend a 1 1/8 head tube. With steel or Aluminum stearers, it doesn't make any difference.
I have a 1" full carbon steerer; No difference!tmguy

Fork is Pinarello Aria full carbon on Opera. I even have 3cms of spacers (max allowed.) I think the carbon spacers reinforce the steerer tube. No problems steering and descending at speeds of 40+.
