Suggestions for frame...turk

I'm in the market for a road bike for training...i'm not a racer, won't be entering any race any time soon. Just riding for excersize. Maybe 20, 25 miles a day a few times a week. I live in nyc, so I'll just go to central park park and do some loops...So do i want steel, carbon fiber, aluminum...i'm 5'9, 160, interested in buying frame, and building it it up nicely.

I think a steel frame would be ideal for riding through
the park.
here are a few of my favorite companys
Indepent fabrication - custom, very well built and expensive
Lemond - a good frame for not too much money
Tommasini & Gios - classic style steel bikes (budget)
colnago & derosa - classic style steel $$$$
I would have to recomend the lemond with ultegra (853 steel)
It would probally work great.
but this is just my opinion.
