Have a problem with the soles of my feet going numb.ol

When riding the soles of my feet are going numb. My set up is speedplay zero pedals and Shimano R214 carbon sole shoes. The cleats are in line with the pedal axle.
Feedback welcome.

Is this a new set up? If so, so may want to try an after market shoe liner such as Superfeet.

first, you probably shoe too small or too tight. After warm up feet tend to blow up so what was good fit at the start may not be so after. Stop, check, loose straps.

Second I had good success with shoe inserts. Local pharmacy has many to choose from for 5-10$, I had a luck with half size Gels, the ones which only cover toes and foot's ball. Pick one not too thick otherwise it may cut circulation good luck
REI carries a ton of insoles...Silverback

The insoles are one place a lot of shoe companies cut pennies. REI (and other places, too, but I just bought some there) carries a bunch of insoles for different sports and conditions. Made a big difference in my hiking boots and mountain bike shoes. Since cycling shoes fit snug, though, take them with you when you shop so you can make sure your feet will still go in.
