|The only place that it may be worthwhile to take it is while doing weights. When I took it I gained 10 lbs and kept the weight on after I took it both times I used it. One time was prior to a track nationals and the first time I tried to climb a hill a couple weeks later I felt so heavy. Now on the advice of the people who design my weight progrma (all with masters in their kines degree) if and when I use it I don't load up on it... I only use it as a supplement with L-glutamine in some of my post workout shakes where I am doing around 8-10 reps.
As for on the road why? You never tap into the system long enough to utilize it... save your money and get a good PT or coach to give you a program.
Remember if your urine turns yellow your kidney is working overtime and just peeing your money into the toilet.
My 2 cents

|Creatine is not that great for endurance athletes. If you need help with recovery, try L-Glutamine. It helps me recover and doesn't make you retain water like creatine does.|| |
