Just wondering if anyone has ridden or will be riding in the GTS starting on the 22nd. This will be my first year and I'm not sure what to expect. Any historical perspective would be appreciated!
I'm doing it too!niteschaos

I'll be there...Should be lots of fun. Looks like a good lineup of races. I have ridden all the courses and raced on the River Falls & BMW courses. Very fun. Good luck!

What are the individual routes like? Does anyone have a route map for practicing?

Let's see...The first race weekend is Feb 23/24. It is held at Donaldson Center which is a local airfield. Roughly a 8-10 mile fairly flat circuit.
Next weekend is March 1/2. The sat. race is on the River Falls course. Very nice course. This was actually my first race last year. There's a pretty decent climb on every lap. The finish is up a long steep (i'm guessing 10% or more) hill. Definitely not a sprint finish. The Sun. race is at the BMW test track. FLAT FLAT FLAT with really no cornering at all. Nice road surface:) I am pretty sure I pedalled thru all the turns.
Sat. March 8th is the Dividing Waters RR. Very hard and hilly course. It goes up a very steep hill every lap and finishes on that hill as far as I know.
The last course is the Walnut Grove RR. Hilly race. Couple of decent climbs on each lap but nothing as bad as Dividing waters or river falls.
Dont you guys READ the RACING section? nmCARBON110
