Smaller Tire Size? Can I go down (as in fall!)brixton

I am riding a pair of Rolf Vector wheels (not comp or pro).
They came with 700x25c tires (IRC red storm). I'd like to
get a pair of Michellan Pro Race but all I can find on the web 700x23c. Can I use a 23c tire on that Rolf Vector wheel that origonally came with a 25c?

I'd like to ride with confidence and be sure about the fit.

Any comments would be appreciated.

Thx
They will fit great. nmLen J

And what about 23c tires on wheels that originally come with 28c? Is it possible?
I think it depends on the rim but.........Len J

it usually will work.

I have two sets of Open Pro rims laced to Dura ace hubs. On one set I have 23's on the other set I have 28's, they both work flawlessly. I use the 28's for bad weather or rough road riding, the 23's everywhere else. The only issue is getting the 28 tire inside the brake, I usually just deflate it & then blow it up once the wheel is locked down in the dropouts.
