I can't comment about this particular frame, but I can say this, all carbon composites are advanced composites, i.e any carbon fiber frame made by LOOK, Trek, Kestrel, etc. are all "advanced composites". Composites that aren't made with carbon or kevlar fibers (glass fibers/ fiber glass etc. ) aren't "advanced composites", but these aren't used for bike frames. This is just a term that the company used. It isn't more "advanced" than any other composite frame out there.
Advance Composites is a real company..Dave Hickey

They are an Asian manufacturer of carbon frames. This frame has been sold under various names. KHS,Mongoose, and others have sold this frame. I used to have the KHS marketed version. It's very well made and road great. Considering Chucksbikes price, I wouldn't hesitate buying it.

manufacturer of carbon forks in the world. They produce forks for virtually everyone, including Colnago (gasp!).
Pull the fork from most bikes and there will be an AC decal on the steerer. Don't shy away from it b/c it's Taiwanese. It's probably made better than most other stuff out there!
