Being a bit bitter because I spend so much time in the weight room and see a fair ammount of people doing things wrong I thought I'd post this.

From the NSCF this is a great article. It is in adobe though so you might need to download the reader at www.adobe.com . It gives you a program + explains some of the fundamentals behind everything.

doing things "wrong" ? Relative to what?

I simply lift all winter, ride the rest of the year. I've gained 15 lbs of muscle mass (already) that will be gone in a few months anyway... it is an exercise in futility to attempt to maintain any weight while riding. My attitude is why bother ;)
