only one ride of 37 miles so far but I can say it is truly a sweeeet ride!!! I did the Maumelle Loop in NW Little Rock, AR (Lance once raced this course many moons ago). It is a good mix of flats, rollers and small continuous climb of about 2 miles. I am So Cal native, and I can't wait to ride my Fondy in my beloved Santa Monica mountains this summer!!! I also ride a '00 Klein Quantum Race and they are both super stiff rockets!!! As far as the carbon seatstays, I honestly can't tell the difference yet. I think it is partly due to my limited experience on the Fondy and that the Klein Gradient tubing is truly the best AL you can get. The Fondy is a work of art, the SAT finish is awesome and durable as hell!! Ride ON!!!

I'am very jealous as you have 2 awesome road bikes! I'm an avid mtn biker about to purchase my first road bike (good one that is) and am looking forward to getting out and riding it. I'm going with the Giant 2003 TCR2 model as its the ebst bang for the buck and it looks pretty cool as well. The only problem now is that I live up in the great white north (Toronto) and will have to wait awhile to get out and ride as we are in the midst of very very cold snap (minus 34C today with teh windchill).
Did you say MTBs....????Ride-Fly

I love my '02 Titus Racer X with full XTR, and custom built Chris King/Mavic 517 wheels. The wheels are the bomb!!! It was built by one of the best wheelbuilders in So. Cal in a 2x/3x driveside rear and 2x front. They are super stiff and still true after miles of hard riding. I also have a '99 Psycle Werks Wild Hare with full XTR. Great trail bike!!! I know, I am a bit crazy about bikes. I'm trying to catch up to Akirasho and others who have a stable full of them. LOL!! Seriously, I am done for awhile.
The Giant TCR2 is a very nice bike and Giant is probably one of the most value packed bikes anywhere. It is a carbon frame right?? Someday, I might have to break down and get myself a full carbon like the De Rosa King or the Merckx Carbon. Here is some pic of my MTB steeds. Enjoy.

Very nice Klein, I have the same one in blue. Are they Rolf Vector Pro's? They rock.

They are the Vector Comps. They are, as you probably know a bit on the heavy side. They are great aero wheels though, noticably better than my Ksyriums at speed but not as good for climbing as the Ks.
Nice... what bars are you using? nmrwbadley
