Ken mate,

Its the perfect excuse for heading out Saturday morning for the 4 hour ride! Hey, I've just come back from the Pub at lunch time - drank 4 pints of Australian beer - one shit load of calories I'm sure!

Just keep pedalin'

You didn't mention ...

Playing with Tonka truck = burns 400 calories (600 if you go BRRRRRR when you drive it around)

Playing with Betty Spaghetti = 400 calories (maybe 600 if you find her cute).

So, now you're right on track with the 400 cal intake. Plus, isn't the cycling diet "if it tastes good, it must be good for you?".

OK, off to finish my bag of chocolate covered espresso beans.
LOL! I did go BRRRRR, but she wasn't all that cute. nmKen of Fresno

I think it was the child size drink. I'm getting pretty good about doing away with soda. It's usually either diet or nothing.
No wonder why my 3yr. old is 50 lbs. overweight!High Gear

No, shes 18 mo. and gets a McNugget Hapymeal once a week. I know some parents, and their kids will only eat Kraft mac& cheese or the frozen nuggets. I say it's just laziness. You are what you eat.
