Every once in a while my knees hurt after riding and gym bikes almost always hurt my knees. I could list all my routines, bike setup and riding stlye for your diagnosis but, where can I find info?

I've looked all over google and found nothing. Anyone know of any sites that talk about knees in relation to sports and maybe even knees and cycling? Physiological stuff?

There are many things that could be contributing to your knee pain. Your best bet is to visit a good bike shop and have your pedals/cleats and saddle postion adjusted professionally. Using the proper gear ratios will also improve your knee problems, as will stretching before a work-out.
