I'm wondering if anyone has experience with cleat shim products such as Big Meat or highly adjustable pedal systems such as the LOOK CX7 in regards to their ability to counter the weird angle of feet.

Anybody use either of these for this purpose and find it effective in keeping your knees inline and comfortable? I ask because my left knee, which is always giving me trouble, seems to sort of wobble when pedaling and I wonder if its not due to some unnatural forced interfacing angle from my Sidis and Speedplays.

thx.
I've had good luck with the CX7s.djg

I have them on both my bikes. I use both the canting adjustment and the q-factor adjustment. Obviously, I cannot say whether they'll work for you--they offer a certain range of adjustment which is good for some folks and likely unhelpful for others.
