Hello-

New toroad biking, was wondering how I can tweak my set up , as of now I feel that the ultegra shifters I have on my bars are too far down on the drops making me too extended, what is the best wya to move them up?

Do I ahve to unwrap the bar.....then where are the screws that hold the clamp on the levers?

Thanks

Yes, you'll have to unwrap the bar. To reach the clamp bolt, peel back the hood on the outward-facing side of the lever and slide a 5mm Allen wrench into the wedge-shaped slot until it bottoms out on the bolt head.
B4 you unwrap the bars try rotating them.dzrider

Loosen the bolt(s) on the stem that hold the handlebar. Rotate the bars so the hoods come up higher and closer. It also moves the drops a little farther forward. I find both of these changes comfortable and ride this way all the time. Pictures of the peloton show I'm not the only one.
