Leg muscle chart(7 posts)

Earlier this year a leg muscle chart (muscles utilized during pedal stroke) was posted, but was too small to accurately view. Does anybody have info on this? Thank you.

If I remember correctly, I think there's one in Serious Cycling by Ed Burke.

It returned some good sites with very detailed, labeled muscle diagrams such as this one:

Yes, I understand the muscle locations but was very interested by the "firing" points of the various muscle groups while pedaling. I believe this would assist in isolating injuries. Also helps in the gym.
