|Jenson has the '02 Bell "Ghisallo" on closeout and the price looks right. Have any of you used it? If the retension system is the same as the old EVO & Image helmets it won't be worth it. I've replaced more pads than I can remember and the velcro's adhesive hasn't stayed attached to the styrofoam shell very well causing a few crappy races where it flopped about. Anyway, RBR doesn't have it listed in the reviews. The club I ride with has a bunch of Giro/Trek snobs so I like to be a little different...and I'm cheap too.|

|I ordered a large from them and it was too big. Funny thing is, I wear a large Phi Pro, so go figure, lol. Anyway I sent it back and ordered a medium. It's too small. Bell must have changed the mold or something for that model because like I said before I wear a large Phi and it fits fine and is comfortable. Truthfully, the sizing on the Ghisallo is different than with the Phi. The medium is 1/8" smaller than the smallest setting on the Phi. I actually have two Phi's, a 2001 and 2002. The retention system is really good. It has one handed adjustment and it won't come loose. The pads stick fine in my Phi's, and I've gotten more pad sets from Bell with no problem. Hope that helps.|

|What year Phi Pro do you have? I was thinking of ordering a Ghisallo from Jenson to replace my 02 Phi Pro as my main helmet. I wear a Medium in the Phi Pro but if the sizing is different for the 02 Phi and Ghisallo helmets, I'd probably pass.

|I have a 2001 AG2R Phi, and a 2002 Red Phi. Here are the sizing charts:
Bell Ghisallo 2002 -
Sizes: S(20 3/4"-21 3/4"), M(22"-23"), L(23 1/4"-24 1/2").
Bell Phi 2001 & 2002 -
Sizes: S(20 3/4"-21 3/4"), M(22"-22 3/4"), L(23"-24 1/2").
As you can see, the medium Ghisallo is smaller than the med. Phi. My head size is 23 1/8". The large was too big (couldn't get it tight enough), and the medium was too small. Anyway, I ended up getting a Pneumo for my 40th birthday present. It fits great. Hope that helps.

|Got the same deal at Jenson a few months ago, best fitting and vented helmet I've ever had (and I ride a Bell Nemesis Pro on the mtn bike, and the EVO Pro on my commuter, used to use the Image on the mtn. bike too). The one-finger dial adjuster is great.|

|Great fit and ventilation. I actally have shelved it for the rainy winter commutes because there's so much ventilation. Waiting for Spring when I can use it again.|
