|I ordered a jacket from www.probikekit.com . They post that shipping takes anywhere between 1-4 weeks. Any feedback? How long did your order take?

|Two weeks from UK direct to Canada.
Looks like my latest order is three weeks through the US hub to Canada, a bit longer that way it seems.
Good product, I've yet to figure out Nalini sizing though. I think it fits big, their charts don't help. I've ordered size 5, XL jerseys and I'm 42 chest, 6.0, 175lbs and I should have had a size 4, L.

|A little over a month. The worst part is that I've got the return - wrong size. With some imput from the person that took the order I ordered Giordana bibs tights in a 5 (I'm 5'10" - 150). Based on what I received I need either a 4 or maybe even a 3. At this rate I should be all set by summer.|

|Same here. Their sizing is definitly suspect. I ordered 2 Nalini Jerseys, both size 6. One fits spot on, the other was really loose. I can only guess they were from different production years/runs. I sent it back yesterday for a 5 and am not holding my breath for a replacement. I guess when they are reccomending sizes over the phone, they will get less returns if they tell you to go a size big than a size small.|

|I ordered a couple jerseys in the fall from their British web site and they arrived in about a week. I was really surprised that they arrived so quickly because I've had orders from US companies that took much longer. For me, the sizing guidelines were right on target. I bought a Nalini Kelme jersey in size 6 and it fits perfect. In contrast, I've ordered several jerseys from www.bikejerseys.com that had to be returned because they were too big according to their guidelines. The main problem, I think, is European sizing -- which doesn't seem to be very consistent among brands and in most cases fits smaller than comparable US makes.|

|Mine was about the same length as onespeed's. Depends on how smoothly the order goes through customs. Be prepared to wait 4 weeks or even longer. Some great prices there, but you need to have a lot of patience.|| |
