Anyone have one? I am looking for a new bike and they sure look nice (I am a big lugged steel fan).

I've never had the opportunity to actually put a leg over one, but they are supposedly famous for their smooth ride. They are pretty to look at, too. Jackson is a long time maker. I can't vouch for the current quality, but he hails from the heyday of British makers. He has been building bicycles from at least the early 1970's. Along with Colnago, Pinarello and DeRosa, he's one of the great names.

We've recently had one in the shop that we built up for a customer. A very nice frame for the money. It was not, however, perfect. Some of the minor finish details were lacking, and the frame needed a good prep and alignment. If you have a shop that can handle alignment and prep for you (or if you are equipped to do it yourself), they are not a bad deal.
