I am an addict.

This time it's a CSI with Record. Couldn't resist; it was just listed today in the RBR classifieds, saw it, bought it over the phone the moment I saw the listing. Practically brand new.

I was saving my money for a D/A triple group (for next summer's trip to the Tour) but guess I'll have to rethink things. Darn. That means more hill work. Now I have to find some hills.

We all laugh about how cycling is so much better than golf because we aren't obsessed with chasing a little white ball around, but darned if we don't have our own obsessions.

I am now going in to face the music ... "Honey, guess what?"

FWIW,
Mud

I would have jumped on that deal if my legs weren't too short for that bike. Very nice.

Oh yeah. The Raleigh. Recapturing young. Um ... well ... um ... never mind.

Actually, one of the guys at work wants a road bike and says he'll take the Debernardi off my hands. So that would put me back in the hunt for another rain bike.

FYI, the wife just looked, shook her head, didn't say a word. Thought I saw a slight smile. Or maybe it was a smirk.

FWIW,
Mike
Wow what a nice bike, it's a lot big for me, but I think you..rwbadley

Congrats,

Don't worry about the D/A triple, now that you've come into the light you can ride a 13/29 in the back. Just buy a medium cage (not the whole rear mech) for your record RD. Sell some shimano stuff to pay for it.
