Well, the question is:

will the Sigma BC 1400 sensor/magnet that you put on the spokes fit a Ksyrium Elite spoke...? And if it doesnt, is there another solution?

Some suggestions only:

- Mavic magnet (perfectly fits my Ksyrium SL's alu spokes and works fine with my VDO)

- Tune mini magnet

Mavic makes one that will fit.

I have 2 sets of Ksyriums and have Sigma Sport magnets on both. They are designed to work on both round and bladed spokes. These were magnets that came with the BC1200. I assume they are unchanged for the BC1400.

The trick with bladed spokes is to get a sharp knife or razor blade and carefully cut through the rib in the middle of the magnet. This opens up a larger slot. Leaving it uncut is fine for round spokes, but not enough room for bladed. Once the middle rib is punctured, there is enough room to push the magnet over the entire spoke and then slide the metal sleeve on.
