Jan 9, 2003 1:31 PM
I placed an order on the 29th of December and have not received it yet. I emailed them two days ago and have not heard back yet, just tried to callthe number listed on their website and the automated operator came on saying the number was not in service any longer. Anyone know what's up?? I'm a bit concerned.....
Thanks

They were still active on rec.bicycles newsgroup in mid-Dec.
I pulled up one of his threads and it gave the following email address. dhansen2@socal.rr.com If it's different, try getting a hold of him with the above email address.

I had a terrible experience with Dave Hanson. The website is a scam. He took my money and I had wait 4 months before my credit card company was able to force him to give a charge credit. But I eventually did get all my money back.

I also have had problems with cyclinggoods. Placed an order on the 17th of Dec. and never heard from them again, eventhough they(he) charged my account. No response to phone or e-mail messages. The web site as welll as the phone are now disconnected. I filed a complaint on the internet fraud site, here is the url: http://www1.ifccfbi.gov/strategy/howtofile.asp

I doubt that we are going to get our $ back...but maybe the FBI can stop him from doing it again.
