Great day for a ride. I took my LOOK single speed out for a 65 mile spin today. Great day.

With warm temperatures and nice dry air, my legs felt 10 years younger. It's supposed to be just as warm tomorrow. Praise be to the Weather Gods.

Normally, I can also brag of nice temps, but last night in Orlando it got down to 37 degrees, it was about 40 when we started. Although, I guess we could have started later, it is supposed to get into the low 60's by late afternoon. But you should have seen us FL folk bundled up this morning, not often we bring out our tights / gloves / jackets / shoe covers.

I have been in FL for 12 years now and have had the heat on more days this year than the previous 11 combined. But it warmed up to the mid 60s today, so the ride wasn't too bad. Got my booties out for the ride in to work tomorrow as it should be in the low 40s by the time I leave.
Same here! (hee-hee-hee)Tig

The temp was a cool 49 F at the beginning of the ride, but it soon warmed up to the mid 60's. The arm warmers came off quickly. It has been in the mid 70's and clear all afternoon. We couldn't ask for better weather! Sure, Texas doesn't have the Rocky Mountains (which I dearly love), but the weather this time of year sure helps make up for it, and then some.

As always, we must all make do with what we have.

It snowed in DC yesterday. Again. After 2 snowless, relatively warm winters, this is getting hard to take.
