|After bailing on my single speed in the rain last month Ive been uncharactaristically apprehensive about riding on wet, slick roads. I have some early season road races coming up in Feb and I'd like to get some rubber that will help in keeping me upright on the road.
For those of you in the pac nw, what do you ride during these rainy winter/spring months? do you have favorite tires for racing on wet roads? I know of plenty light weight, fast tires for dry conditions, but I'm not sure what to shoot at for a wet weather race tire.
any recommendations appreciated

|is only my personal choice...'keeping the rubber down' while racing or just riding on wet roads requires good tires, correct psi, skill and hoping that there's not an oil slick beneath that layer of water or nobody makes an 'unexpected' maneuver ...btw; the PSP tires are also excellent for all other conditions, and roll very nice.

|Schwalbe Stelvio Rain, 700x25c with Armaduro Belting 255g, great tire and bullet proof. I found the Panaracer Stradius, while grippy, to pick up small bits glass and crap from the road and puncture, lots. No fun while wet.|| |
