Just purchased an MP3 player and want some good cycling music. Any suggestions for upbeat workout music? Nothing like you get in a spinning or aerobics class. .. just good music.

Just got a trainer-Iggy and The Stooges Raw Power record worked well. However it sounds just like an old Nike ad :-)

what do you consider good music to be? this is such a rediculous question. Just do a search in the archives. this topic has come up before. or be more specific.

I think you have to pick from music YOU already like. You are not going to have different taste in music just because you are cycling. It does help to stick with things with a steady beat similar to your cadence. Rummage through your CD collection and just rip some songs you like.
