Got my new frame on order. Looking for recommendations on a great wheel builder. Appreciate any help.

If you can get your hands on a park truing stand and a dish tool, build the wheel yourself. Hopefully you'll learn that you too can build a wheel. There are plently of mechanics that can build nice wheels. However, inevitably, you got to ride the wheel and be responsible for yourself.
