Help. I'm on a business trip to Brazil and have not touched a bike for over a week. I'm grumpy and jumpy. When I get this way at home my wife makes me ride, 20 miles minimum. I always return calm and happy, sometimes almost euphoric. (It used to only take 10 miles, then 15, where's this headed?) The only option I see at this point is to knock someone off the crappy commuter bike they ride, steal it, and skip work for a day. Anyone have a better option?
Do what ever it takes, but get your heart rate up.Kristin

Running? Swimming? What are those "plymetrics" I keep hearing people talk about? They are suposed to be intense.
Try to ride down there, and then give us a report!eyebob

How many chances will we get to hear about it down there. Will you have to skip an entire day of work? Just a few hours around town. Have a blast. I make it a point to try to ride everywhere I go at least to say that I did it.
