This is only the second time I have dealt with PBK. However, their lack of customer service and refusal to reply to requests is unbelievable.

A month ago I ordered some in stock clothes from them and received an auto-email confirming the order was placed. Since then, I have not heard from them despite several emails to the company. A few weeks is understandable and maybe an email or two gets lost in cyberspace or the queue. However, more than a month and half a dozen emails sounds more like a refusal to address a problem to me.

Has anyone experienced any problems as of late? What's the deal with them.

I know a lot of people complain about Performance. However, their customer service is fantastic. Next time I will remember this even when the deal seems great.

they have a US office now and a toll free number, unfortunately I can't find it right now. I've had several trouble free orders.

But I've heard from them on a couple of occasions. The first exchange to replace an item that was out of stock. The second was to let me know it's held up in customs.

It is supposed to arrive any day now.

I've been ordering from them for a least 3 or 4 years without any problems. I would call their US toll free number and let them take care of it for you. I recieve email from them when i have emailed them, just recently twice.

Yep, I'd try contacting their US number and see if any satisfation can be found.

I have had no problems with this outstanding company. Great stuff, great prices and I have always had great customer service. Now that they are doing business within the US they will get even more of my orders. Give them a call at their US #. problem wil be solved...Call free* on 1-866-445-BIKE

First of all thanks for the info Zooog et al. It will come in handy in the future - as I will order from them again.

So, it's Sunday and cold - 43 degrees but little wind and lot's of Sun. I am deciding what to wear. still irked my new Team Jersey is not here, when guess what was delivered to my door on a Sunday - you guessed it - my package. I open it, try on my new jersey, it fits perfect and is beautiful. With bike still in hand I continue out the door thinking about how I impatient I will appear to the board.

Again, I have not had any problem with them other than the emails that were not returned. Yes, it is the holiday season so I suppose I should have been a little more understanding.

However, I am about to go and order some more stuff - so no hard feelings.

In the end I would recommend them. A winter weight jacket for $47???
