|Some years ago, on a fall group ride, exercise physiologist LeRoy Denton noticed that more than 1/3 of the riders had their tights either bunched up around their ankles or tucked inside their shoes. He asked each of riders with this style affliction what kind of tights they were wearing and all had either Assos or Castelli. Since he knew that those brands were perfect, the problem had to be legs too short. He called the problem LTS, but most riders referred to it as Dr Denton's syndrome.
The solution was obvious - stretching exercises. No wimpy gentle stretching either. We're talking about self inflicted Rolfing. It does work. Few people remember that before Dr Denton's stretching program Big Mig was called Little Midget and Yao Ming played point gurard. It can work for you too.
Have a good weekend!
