Greetings,

Live in New York City? Looking for motivation to ride through the NYC winter? Can't get your butt out to ride as often as you'd like?

If so, you're like me. I'm looking to do weekday evening and/or morning rides in Central Park during the dark winter months. I've tried it myself, but could use some extra incentive, and having someone with similar goals would sure be helpful.

I'm not looking to go super-fast, necessarily. I aim to begin racing with CRCA in the spring, but I'll be thrilled just putting some "chatting" miles in to keep in shape.

Anyone interested? Email me at ajce31@att.net.

Cheers, and hope to see you in the park,
Nige

It's good to see you're still around and still riding.

Many thanks, Mike.

I've been here and there, doing lots of freelance editing this year past. I was supposed to have started racing this spring, but I was involved in a nasty crash at the end of January and lost a ton of fitness due to being off the bike--and seeing a phys. therapist twice weekly--for almost three months. I wound up not riding nearly as much this year as I had in 2001, but I HAD been unemployed for a good bit of 2001. This year was MUCH better moneywise, thanks. :)

How're things with you, mickey-mac? Life treating you nicely, I hope?
