Newsday has this article about the mayor planning on commuting on a bicycle if the Transit goes on strike.

Note the natural competitive nature of all cyclists. He dis's the police (who protect him) and says they are out of shape and he can drop them.

Bloomberg is a graduate of my High School, Medford High iun Massachusetts. He cant be all bad. Sounds like it is a good way for the bike shops to pick up some business. The quote on the police is great. He sounds like he has a great sense of humor. Somebody give that man a Brooklyn Chewing Gum Jersey.

when he said his was "in pretty rotten shape"! Someone must've loaned him this Litespeed to pose with since it doesn't look like it fits his description. But then again, since he's a billionaire, maybe even a ti bike is considered disposable once it gets a little road dirt on it.
That doesn't help the fact that the jerk ...daneil

has only a 31% approval rating. Sorry, but I don't like the idea of a transit, rent or tax increase.
