Is Zefal. Have these people done anything lately to improve the design of their frame pumps. They are the same lame pumps that date back to the 1980s.
They got it right the first time, why change?cory

Jeez, what's wrong with them? I've had the same pre-hpX pump (without the spring lockout) since the mid-'70s. When the hpX came out (what, 12 or 15 years ago?) I bought one of those, too. I've used both constantly and they still work like new. What's not to like?

I've got to agree with cory. I have 3 hps and 2 hpxs (one for each bike) and they all work GREAT! As a matter of fact, when I bought my new bike in 2001, I didn't even consider any other framepump (hpx). Mt wife has an old chromed plastic Silca framepump on her road bike and it sure looks nice, but when it comes time to pump up we always use the zefal.

I would like to see them put a carbom fiber or some other handle that didn't rattle. Not a problem since I use a Pumpblock to keep it quite but not having to have it would be better.
